Hand-wash when possible.
Wash with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaching agents.
Carefully remove salt, lemon, vinegar and tomato sauce remnants.
Do not use abrasive dish cloths or metal scourers.
Dry thoroughly after washing.
