Bank transfer

By choosing to pay via bank transfer, the customer will see on the screen the bank details where they can make the bank transfer. After confirming the order, the goods are set aside pending the arrival of the transfer to the bank account or bank advice certifying that the transfer has been made.
The customer is required to send via e-mail, within 48 hours, the payment confirmation to vendite@pinti.it.
f during said period of time we do not receive a copy of the payment confirmation, we will cancel the order.
We will ship the order when the bank transfer reaches our bank account.

In Italy: € 4.00 + VAT for orders under € 30; free for orders above € 30, Abroad (eurozone only): € 15 + VAT

Shipment of your parcel

Parcels are usually sent within 2/3 days of receiving the payment and are shipped by courier.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage.
We suggest you group your goods in one order.
We can not group two distinct orders placed separately; therefore, shipping costs will be charged for each of them. The boxes are sufficiently large, and your goods are well-protected.

Returns

If, for whatever reason, the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. How to request a refund

1. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the labels still attached and the receipt inside the parcel;
2. Send a refund request to vendite@pinti.it;
3. Once approved, we will send a courier that will collect the parcel at the address you communicated to us;
4. As soon as the goods arrive in our shop, we will verify that the goods are in the same initial conditions and we will refund them.

Refunds will be made after receipt, verification and acceptance of the goods.
The customer will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase, minus return handling costs.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in about 5-10 days.
In the case of payment via PayPal, the amount will be returned to the original account.
In the case of payment via bank transfer, you must provide us with your IBAN so we can make a bank transfer to you.
